BAKU, April 29. /ITAR-TASS/. The association agreement the European Union is offering to Azerbaijan does not meet the needs of the sides, the press service of the Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry quoted Minister Elmar Mamedyarov as saying on Tuesday.
"We think that the framework of the association agreement offered by the European Union reflect the needs of neither Azerbaijan nor the European Union", Mamedyarov said at a meeting of foreign ministers of member states of the Visegrad Group and the European Union’s Eastern Partnership programme in Budapest. "We are ready to work closely with the European Union to work out bilateral ‘strategic frames," he added.
