WARSAW, April 24 /ITAR-TASS/. Poland’s Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski and Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird on Thursday accused Russia of not observing Geneva agreements on Ukraine.

Sikorski claimed the authorities in Kiev had begun to dismantle the barricades by way of fulfilling the agreement. He said that if the Russians and the people they had influence on did not same, a chance for de-escalation of tensions might appear then.

Baird claimed on his part that Russia was seeking to destabilize the situation in Ukraine.
