KIEV, April 18. /ITAR-TASS/. The Ukrainian government has instructed ministers and other senior officials of central and regional executive authorities to organize and ensure till October 1 discussion of constitution changes on power decentralization.
As the government press service reported on Friday the cabinet took the decision on Thursday evening.
Local governments, the public and scientific and business circles will participate in the discussion.
The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing is instructed to coordinate the organizational work.
