Ukraine-EU free trade zone can start working from November 1 — EU envoy

KIEV, April 17. /ITAR-TASS/. An EU top representative said a free trade zone between Ukraine the European Union could become operational from November 1.

The free trade zone will function on the European market principles, the head of the EU delegation to Ukraine, Jan Tombinski of Poland, said on Thursday.
