BRUSSELS, April 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo has expressed hope that some agreement will be reached at the four-party talks on Ukraine with Russia, the United States and the European Union.
“The situation (in Ukraine) is very fragile. A civil war can begin at any moment,” he told the RTBF TV channel on Thursday.
“It is necessary to prevent the civil war,” Di Rupo said.
