MINSK, April 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Minsk may give a platform for settling the Ukraine conflict, Belarus’ top diplomat has said.

“Belarus, the headquarters for the CIS [Commonwealth of Independent States], is ready to provide a forum for discussing pressing problems in the region,” Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei said on Tuesday.
