MOSCOW, April 08. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday had a telephone conversation with Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, to discuss possible steps on international settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported, adding that the conversation had been initiated by the European Union.
“The Russian side reiterated the existing proposals on the organization of a really nationwide dialogue in Ukraine involving all political forces and regions of the country in order to agree generally acceptable approaches to the constitutional reform,” the ministry said.
