MOSCOW, April 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Belarus would preside over all the CIS higher bodies in 2014, the Commonwealth's Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev said on Friday after the meeting of the Foreign Minister Council.

The participants in the meeting expressed appreciation for the Belarusian leaders' taking over the CIS banner without delay, he noted.
