KIEV, April 01. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s parliament-appointed Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk demanded on Tuesday that amendments to Ukraine’s Constitution be ready by April 15.
“After that the document should be submitted to the Venice Commission. The final draft is to be ready by September,” Yastenyuk told a government meeting on Tuesday. He said the bill provided for reforming local self-government bodies, including the abolitionof regional and district state administrations. Regional councils will be formed by executive committees that will perform the functions of executive power bodies.
