NOVO-OGAREVO, March 26. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Wednesday that the interim authorities in Kiev had shown their incapability by switching off Russian TV channels in Ukraine.

“They have deprived the people of Ukraine of the right to freedom in receiving information and freedom of speech,” Peskov said, adding it was evident the Ukrainian leadership was incapable.
