SIMFEROPOL, March 22, /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian border guards on Saturday, March 22, unilaterally blocked exit from and entry to Ukraine from Crimea.
As a result, the Ukrainian military who were stationed in Crimea, when it was part of Ukraine, and decided to return to mainland Ukraine, cannot leave the peninsula, the office of the Russian presidential plenipotentiary representative in the Crimean Federal District told ITAR-TASS.
