MOSCOW, March 21. /ITAR-TASS/. A document on observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Ukraine is almost drafted, the Republic of Crimea cannot be mentioned in it, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a meeting in Federation Council upper house of Russian parliament over the ratification of the Treaty on Crimea’s entry in Russia on Friday.
“We insisted on a document to be almost prepared for approval. It sets the exact highest number of observers that can be sent to Ukraine and regions where they will be sent are listed. This is Kiev, western and south-eastern Ukraine, certainly, Crimea cannot be mentioned in it,” Lavrov said.
