SIMFEROPOL, March 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Crimean parliament speaker Volodymyr Konstantinov said on Monday the republic would not afford to blackmail itself.
“If the regime, which seized power in Kiev, tries to blackmail Crimea, the republic will be able to defend itself,” Konstantinov said.
“The Kiev authorities should remember that Russia is behind us. Russia does not leave its friends in the lurch,” the parliament speaker said.
