SEVASTOPOL, March 13. /ITAR-TASS/. Preliminary results of a referendum due in Sevastopol on March 16 will be announced in Nakhimov Square late on March 16, Acting Head of the Sevastopol city administration Dmitry Belyak told journalists on Thursday.
"There will be a concert in Nakhimov Square on March 16. The concert will continue until late at night. After the concert, preliminary results of the plebiscite will be announced," Belyak said.
The vote in Sevastopol will be held from 8.00am until 8.00pm local time (GMT+2).
