SIMFEROPOL, March 12. /ITAR-TASS/. Foreign observers will be accredited at a referendum in Crimea within two days, Crimean first vice-premier Rustam Temirgaliev said.
“Within days the Crimean parliament will inform who will be accredited and take part in monitoring the referendum on March 16,” the first vice-premier said.
Talks continue with several international organizations. “Observers from the CIS and Russia will monitor the referendum. The Russian Central Election Commission recommends them,” Temirgaliev said.
