SIMFEROPOL, March 07. /ITAR-TASS/. Kiev will fail to foil a referendum in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Chairman of the election committee for referendum in Crimea Mikhail Malyshev said in this Crimean city on Friday.
“We cannot use those lists that Kiev and Ukraine’s Central Election Commission had blocked, but we have a way out from this situation, because we already have all those lists which were used at elections in 2012 and these lists in particular will be used for holding a referendum,” the Crimean election committee’s chief noted.
In reply to a journalist’s question who had blocked the lists Malyshev said: "Ukraine’s Central Election Commission has this opportunity, as a server on which these lists are stored was blocked by the election commission."
