Putin is not on list of Russian citizens subjected to US sanctions, aide says

WASHINGTON, March 06. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin is not on the list of officials who will be subjected to the sanctions on the part of the US, a spokesperson for the Administration said here Thursday.

He said introduction of sanctions against a head of state is possible under unusual and extraordinary situations and Washington would not begin its steps with that, he said.
