A delegation from the Supreme Council [parliament] of Ukraine’s autonomous republic of Crimea will visit Moscow later in the week to meet with lawmakers of the Russian State Duma lower parliament house, speaker of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov said on Tuesday.
