ROSTOV-ON-DON, February 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Ousted Ukrainian leader Viktor Yanukovych told a news conference here on Friday that he demands an unbiased investigation of tragic events in Kiev involving authorities, opposition and the Council of Europe.
“Certainly, it is very important to conduct an unbiased investigation of acts of violence under general supervision of authorities, opposition and the Council of Europe,” he said, adding that weapons should be laid down immediately and administrative and public buildings should be vacated in no time.
