ROSTOV-ON-DON, February 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said the Verkhovna Rada was illegitimate.
“I believe that the February 21 agreement has not been fulfilled. If the agreement is fulfilled or not, it could calm down the situation and start a legal process for settling the political crisis in Ukraine,” Yanukovych told Itar-Tass.
“I think that the agreement would allow us to overcome the deadlock where radicals led us to,” he said.
