Ukraine National Security Council considering possibility of state of emergency in Crimea

KIEV, February 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council is considering a possibility of introduction of the state of emergency in Crimea, council secretary Andriy Parubiy told a news briefing.

"It's one of the options of possible developments," he said.

"From the legal angle of view, the state of emergency doesn't make it possible to introduce army units there," Parubiy said.
