KRASNOYARSK, February 27, /ITAR-TASS/. Recent developments in Ukraine will not have negative impacts on Russian cellular operators active on the Ukrainian market, Russian Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov told Itar-Tass on the sidelines of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum on Thursday.
“I think communications must be off politics,” he said.
According to the minister, no problems have been reported as concerned the work of postal services and communications operators.
