BRUSSELS, February 26. /ITAR-TASS/. Settling the crisis in Ukraine will be possible “only in cooperation with Russia”, Germany’s Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen said on Wednesday on the sidelines of a NATO defence ministers meeting in Brussels.

“Russia should be involved (in the process of crisis resolution) since there can be no decision without Russia,” she said, recalling the existence of both the Russia-NATO Council and the Ukraine-NATO Council.

“We should seek a solution together - both with Russia’s participation and the participation of NATO and Europe,” she added.
