KHARKOV, February 26. /ITAR-TASS/. Leader of the organisation “Oplot” Yevgeny Zhilin has left Ukraine, acting Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against Zhilin.
Avakov said Zhilin left Ukraine on February 21 after an investigation group had been sent to Kharkov to institute criminal proceedings against the Oplot leader.
Local police declined to elaborate.
