MOSCOW, February 26./ITAR-TASS/. Russian State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin visited the Ukrainian Embassy in the Russian capital on Wednesday and has made an entry in a book of sorrow, which was opened over tragic events in Ukraine.

“We mourn together with Ukrainian people for casualties of riots in Kiev in the last few months, including law enforcers,” the Russian diplomat wrote down.
