Verkhovna rada lawmaker Oleg Lyashko plans to run for Ukrainian president

KIEV, February 25, /ITAR-TASS/. Oleg Lyashko, a lawmaker of Ukraine’s Verkhovna rada, or national parliament, has announced his plans to run for Ukrainian president.

“Dear Ukrainians, I am going to run for president,” Lyashko, who is nonaffiliated with any faction in the Verkhovna rada, wrote on his Facebook account.
