KIEV, February 25. /ITAR-TASS/. The Ukrainian parliament has left for recess for consultations to discuss the creation of parliamentary majority and the formation of a new government, Oleksandr Turchynov, the parliament’s new speaker, said, adding the session would resume its work on February 27.
