Number of wounded in clashes in Kiev up to 699, says health ministry

KIEV, February 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Number of people who have been wounded in clashes in Kiev has reached 699, the Healthcare Ministry said in a report.

Monday night, a total of 463 people remained in hospitals. Another 24 people turned for medical assistance during the day and sixteen of them were hospitalized.

The refined data on the number of casualties says 82 people died.

Healthcare Ministry also said it was doing its routine work and all the officials making up the central staff had turned up for work.
