KIEV, February 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada, the national parliament has dismissed Vitaly Zakharchenko from the post of Interior Minister. A total of 332 MPs voted in favor of his dismissal.
The minimum number of votes required for adopting a decision is 226.
Earlier it was reported that Verkhovna Rada voted for a release of individuals detained during actions of protest in different parts of the country.
A total of 372 MPs voted for adoption of a law on inadmissibility of persecution and punishment of citizens in connection with the events that took place during peaceful actions.
