State of emergency not discussed with Ukrainian president – parliament speaker

KIEV, February 18. /ITAR-TASS/ - A state of emergency has not been discussed with President Viktor Yanukovich, parliament speaker Vladimir Rybak told a news briefing.

“I’ve talked with the president several times. We’ve discussed the situation in Kiev and in the country as a whole,” the parliament speaker said, adding “The state of emergency has not been discussed."
