KIEV, February 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Leader of UDAR opposition party Vitali Klitschko has urged Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich to declare early presidential election, Klitschko said in the lobbies of the Ukrainian parliament on Tuesday.
"Do it and it will be a way out of the situation; it would be a courageous act," Klitschko said, addressing the Ukrainian president.
Klitschko also urged Yanukovich to put pressure on the Party of Regions so as to ensure return to the 2004 Constitution. "Give your order. The parliament should vote for the return to the 2004 Constitution. It will be an act capable to lower temperatures in society;" Klitschko said.
"The parliament should form a new government. We as the opposition are prepared to assume responsibility for the formation of the government," Klitschko said.
