GENEVA, February 14, 1:32 /ITAR-TASS/. The Syrian opposition will not meet in Geneva on Friday with the government delegation in view of the latter's " non-constructive attitude," Louai Safi, spokesman for the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces (NCROF), told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
"There will be no meeting with the government team," the NCROF spokesman said. "The government has taken up an utterly non-constructive attitude, and they do not conduct negotiations".
"We shall hold a separate meeting with Lakhdar Brahimi, UN/LAS special representative on Syria. We expect to understand whether there is a possibility of headway. It will also become clear when we shall leave Geneva," Safi said.
