GENEVA, February 12. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov and UN/LAS Special Envoy for Syria Lakhdar Brahimi have discussed measures to push the Syrian parties towards starting a constructive dialogue, a well-informed diplomatic source told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
“The parties discussed common issues of the talks’ agenda and talked about the priorities of inter-Syrian negotiations,” the source said.
“The negotiators also discussed measures to increase the level of coordination between Russia and the United States in order to push the parties towards a constructive dialogue,” the source added.
