GENEVA, February 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Little progress has been made at the intra-Syrian talks, United Nations-League of Arab States mediator Lakhdar Brahimi said on Tuesday.

"The beginning of this week is as laborious as it was in the first week. We are not making much progress," he told a news conference in Geneva after a joint meeting of the two sides. "Of course for the dialogue to really take off we need cooperation from both sides here and a lot of support from the outside."

At the same time, he pledged that all efforts will be exerted to promote the negotiating process and called on all parties concerned to help make this process more realistic and help Syria out of this crisis.
