7 representatives of Syrian free army to form separate military negotiating team in Geneva

Representative of the Syrian National Coalition of Revolutionary and Opposition Forces Monzer Akbir said the number of people may be increased in the future

GENEVA, February 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Seven representatives of Syrian Free Army from different regions of the country will create a separate military negotiating team at peace talks in Geneva, representative of the Syrian National Coalition of Revolutionary and Opposition Forces Monzer Akbir told reporters on Tuesday.

“Seven people from different regions that will unite in a separate military negotiating team will participate in talks,” he said. “They will be advisors of our delegation,” he noted.

“They participate in hostilities and represent different groups from Aleppo, Idlib, Latakia, northern and southern regions,” Akbik added.

“The number of people may be increased in the future. They will participate in consultations on security in regions and on other aspects,” the oppositionist noted.
