KIEV, February 06. /ITAR-TASS/. The parliamentary faction of Ukraine’s ruling Party of Regions believes that a new Constitution may be adopted in September.
“This is our position. We should make our Constitution well-balanced and are ready to work on this,” the leader of the regional faction, Alexander Yefremov said, adding that amendments to the basic law should be discussed in the society, the Constitutional Court and the Venice Commission. “We could adopt a new Constitution in September,” the official concluded.
