TALLINN, January 30. /ITAR-TASS/. Estonia’s Cabinet of Ministers has approved of the Russia-Estonia draft agreement on diplomatic real estate, which is expected to be signed during the visit of Estonia’s Foreign Minister Urmas Paet to Moscow on February 18.
According to the deal, both countries lease each other the land plots, where the countries’ embassies are situated, for a 99-year term. This will legalize not only the utilization of the diplomatic representatives’ buildings, but also the land they stand on.
