NOVO-OGAREVO, January 29. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia will fulfil financial and energy liabilities to Ukraine, but after a new government is formed, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has made a proposal to this effect at a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and the country’s government in the presidential countryside residence on Wednesday.
“This is reasonable. Let’s wait for a new Ukrainian government to be formed,” Putin agreed with the prime minister.
