KIEV, January 25, /ITAR-TASS/. Protesters have seized the regional administration building in Vinnitsa on Saturday.

Police could not prevent protesters from breaking into the building, Ukrainian Channel Five said.

The protesters are in the hall of meetings now and demand resignation of regional leaders.
