MONTREUX, January 22. /ITAR-TASS/. UK’s Foreign Secretary William Hague believes that Bashar Assad has lost his legitimacy by himself.

All who signed the Geneva communiqué want Syria to form an interim government with full power that would comply with aspirations of both parties and consider requests of other people including the president, who lost his legitimacy, the minister stated in his address to the opening meeting of the peace conference Geneva II.
