P5+1 political directors end consultations in Geneva over Iran’s nuclear dossier

GENEVA, January 21, 21:26 /ITAR-TASS/. Political directors of the six world powers (the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany, or P5+1) have ended their meeting in Geneva that was called to discuss further steps to resolve the situation around the Iranian “nuclear dossier,” Michael Mann, the spokesman for European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, told Itar-Tass on Tuesday, providing no further details.

The meeting was initiated by the European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton.
