MOSCOW, January 14. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia calls on all forces that have influence on Syria’s opposition to help in organizing humanitarian aid deliveries to the population, the Russian foreign ministry said on Tuesday, commenting on the actions of opposition fighters who had prevented humanitarian aid from reaching the Yarmouk refugee camp near Damascus.
“Moscow resolutely condemns such provocative actions by armed groups who make it impossible to deliver humanitarian aid to the civilian population in blocked districts, including the Yamrouk camp for Palestinian refugees,” the ministry stressed.
