TBILISI, December 29, /ITAR-TASS/. Georgian Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili has condemned the terrorist attack in Russia’s southern city of Volgograd and extended his “condolences to the people of Russia over this awful tragedy.”

“I express indignation over the act of terror that was committed at Volgograd’s railway station that claimed the lives of innocent people,” he said on Sunday. “I extend my sincere condolences to the people of Russia over this awful tragedy.”

“The Georgian government condemns terrorism, which has neither nationality nor state borders. The Georgian government is ready to pool efforts with the rest of the humankind in the fight against terrorism - the most dangerous challenge of the 21st century,” he stressed.
