Ukraine, Russia to have consultations on coordinated foreign policy

KIEV, December 24. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine and Russia will hold consultations to coordinate their foreign policies, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara told a news conference on Tuesday.

“We are holding consultations with Russia on issues of coordinated foreign policy,” he said. “Thus, I ask my Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov to support Ukraine in its bid to become a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.
