MOSCOW, December 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia and the European Union will hold high-level discussions on visa free formalities in Moscow on January 17, 2014, head of the EU delegation to Russia Vygaudas Usaskas said on Wednesday.
The parties will meet within the Russia-EU Permanent Partnership Council on Freedom, Security and Justice, Usaskas said.
The European Commission has made public a report on implementing joint steps towards introducing visa free formalities, the EU ambassador said, adding that Russia and the European Union had done much.
“We’re grateful to Russia for cooperation,” he said.
