Deals with Russia to help Ukraine to adopt socially oriented budget for 2014

KIEV, December 18. /ITAR-TASS/. After the signing of new Ukrainian-Russian agreements last Tuesday the crucial moment of time has come for Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov believes.

“The agreements help us to adopt a budget of social development. Before this event the adoption of this kind of budget had been ‘absolutely impossible’ and a collapse threatened the country,” Azarov said.
