MOSCOW, December 16. /ITAR-TASS/. The six-party talks on North Korea’s nuclear program are the preferred option for the nuclear solution on the Korean Peninsula, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Monday.
The ministry commented on the results of a meeting between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Mogulov and Chinese envoy for Korean Peninsula Affairs Wu Dawei.
“The parties exchanged views on stepping up the work to resume the six-party talks as soon as possible,” the ministry said.
