Vitali Klitschko voices opposition’s demands to president

He called on the rally participants for participation in a national strike and stressed anti-governmental rallies “should be peaceful”

KIEV, December 08, 16:19 /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine is facing a crucial moment, leader of UDAR told a rally in Kiev’s Independence Square.

He voiced the opposition’s demands, which he called an “ultimatum to president” Viktor Yanukovich: liberation of the oppositionists arrested earlier, punishment of those responsible for disperse of a rally in Kiev a week earlier, resignation of the government and “complete revision of the authorities” by means of presidential and parliamentary elections.

Klitschko also called on the rally participants for participation in a national strike and stressed anti-governmental rallies “should be peaceful.”

“We shall consider as provocations any aggression,” he added.
