BEIJING, December 05. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich, who is on a state visit to China, on Thursday visited China Radio International (CRI) where jointly with its leadership launched webcasting in the Ukrainian language. He also attended a ceremony devoted to the fifth anniversary of the opening of a web page in Ukrainian.
CRI Director General Wang Gengnian told Yanukovich about the radio station’s work, as well as about the features of the Internet site in Ukrainian. Yanukovich also had a conversation with the employees of the Ukrainian-language webcasting service.
Yanukovich on Thursday will hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping and have a meeting with Premier of the Chinese State Council Li Keqiang. In the morning (local time), he attended a Chinese-Ukrainian trade and investment forum that has brought together more than 500 businessmen.
