KIEV, December 03. /ITAR-TASS/. The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, failed to pass a motion of no confidence to the government headed by Nikolai Azarov. As many as 186 deputies voted for the no confidence motion with 226 votes required for passing it.
